[Suggestion] Should muting also stop minimap drawing?

    Hello all,

With ~70 games of DotA2 under my belt, I've had my fair share of encounters with game ruiners. Dealing with their all-caps complaints and mic-spams isn't too bad with the mute button. Unfortunately, once they find out I've muted them, they just end up drawing penises or insults all over the minimap and make it unusable.

Should muting someone also make their minimap drawings invisible? Or would a different way to disable this be better? I'm still undecided myself, but in my experience, if I mute someone I have no interest in their minimap drawings.
Change has kept DotA alive, evolving, and improving since 2002. And now DotA has an entire new engine at it's disposal, with infinite new capabilities.

So why are there so many DotA fundamentalists/conservatives that oppose new features, options, and information?

    Embrace the change.

+1, I guess mute button should just disable their drawing and highlighting (you know "!!!!!!") minimap as well.

+1. People drawing all over the minimap are really annoying.

Yes, muting absolutely should hide the muted player's minimap drawings in my opinion.

I agree as well. They could spawn que the map as well to the point where no one else can and you can't hear anything in game anymore. +1
