Do you have any other feedback about the stream?

FIX THE "Reconnected to chat" ERROR

Also please make this count towards watching games in client for drops. I want to play some doto, but I can't because I feel the need to watch in game for compendium drops. pls volvo

Video lagging badly on 1080p, even though this is my internet speed (audio is fine) (I'm from Singapore, and watching using steam client)

However, 720p is totally smooth, no lags.

Watched the stream for a while in Firefox (Dev Edition[Aurora] and Nightly). Works great, except that once the chat stopped working abruptly (after working fine for a while) showing "Unable to join chat".

Meanwhile I got this error in the Web Console:

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at http://s3tuk-042a.chat.broadcast.steamstatic.com:8071/. (Reason: CORS request failed).

Looks like one of the many policy/security/HTTPS issues the Steam website has.

    To test with Firefox either:

    1) Get the latest development version of Firefox from Mozilla: https://nightly.mozilla.org/

    OR

    2) Disable the built-in whitelist that blocks Steam Broadcasting from accessing the streaming video extensions in Firefox. Go to about:config and flip "media.mediasource.whitelist" to false.

Compatibility of Firefox with Steam Broadcasting is tracked here:

Brazil, ISP GVT 15 mbps, browser Chrome. The auto quality put the stream on 720p, but 1080p runs fine

    Stream/video quality: 10/10, really excelent
    Audio: 10/10

    problem: reconnected to chat

I am not sure whether you were replying to me, but for the record I was testing the stream both with Nightly and Aurora/Dev Edition and I were referring to them in my post.

It was just a general statement for people who use Firefox and want to test. The statements from the moderators here regarding Firefox support were not exactly constructive nor informative.

    1. at full screen the bottom playback progress will not disappear. not able to see hero's level and skill points. http://i.imgur.com/uKqyhCL.jpg
    2. The stream is very crispy and not as clear as DotaTV

edit: I have a dual screen and unless I move the screen to my secondary screen, the playback progress will not disappear

Oh yeah, I see what you mean. I understand they are only moderators of this forum and not employees at Valve, but wow, that attitude and responses are appallingly ironic considering Valve's track record.

Streaming works fine, it was just one of the many policy/security issues Steam's website is riddled with.

The stream is stuck at "Loading" and I get lots of ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED errors in the console.
I cant spectate any games in the client either (maybe related?), and Twitch seems to hate my connection so I can only watch the stream at medium quality. FML
