    [Loading Screen] Weird Transparency Blending

    There is a weird transparency issue which causes the transparent object to appear frosted.

    looks like a 'shadow' in the image of AM?

    Yes it is but it shouldn't be blended like that. You can also see the same effect around the outline of the creeps and AM. Note these are all separate psd files.

    Have you tried png instead?

    It's better if you add a gradient or a feathered fade to the assets so that their borders aren't so thick. Also yea, PNG seems to work better.
