It would be nice to have a continue processing & consume structure similar to mouse events for panel events.

Lets say I have a panel in it with an OnActivate event defined. If I place another panel with an OnActivate event defined, the second's activate will be run and the first will be ignored. For when I don't want to do this, the only option is to have the panels talk to eachother via the data() function but it's rather awkward and harder to do than "return false";
