After losing focus, panorama does not detect clicks properly

    Using borderless-windowed in Windows 10
After alt+tabbing to another window, and clicking back on a button in my panorama interface, the first click is not registered. However the click is caught by the mouse callback.

(This GFY was captured using rpg_example's click filter, so left-clicks will move the hero)

Expected Behaviour: The button will be pressed, Lina will stay still.
Actual Behaviour: The button does not get pressed, Lina moves to the clicked location.
