    Actually, that makes it even more strategic, not less strategic... You should have to think more and keep track mentally of how many spells someone has cast recently, like a good card game.

    t-down, this is just a burden on the shoulders of the players that generally check enemy mana pools and a quick "save" for the ones that don't. It's already strategic enough like this, you know how much mana a skill costs so you know what the enemy can cast, you can think of the different combinations, not seeing how much mana they have ... just leaves you clueless

    & who said realism is a good thing ?
    imagine not seeing how much hp a enemy has left, how would you feel of that ? I guess you'll just have to mentally keep track of how many hits have been scored on that hero right ?

    how much randomness do you want to add in dota 2?

    a competitive game should be less about random bs and more about mechanical skill

    Let's remove the hp as well when we're at it? Jesus christ, removing the ability to see enemies mana will destroy a huge amount of the gameplay. It's like you will never know when to go on a guy, because you don't know if he has mana for stun or whatever.

    Really, stop with these useless suggestions.

    I totally disagree, in dota 1 you always were able to see the enemies mana. And a good player always checks the mana to be able to see if the enemy can stun/slow/etc. you. Removing this ability would change the whole metagame of dota and it would need lots of rebalances to make it work so, NO.

    OP i hope that i won't ever ever ever meet in you in MM game, because your 0 knowledge about dota is implying that you are one hell of a terribad player. Like one of those that are crying for help from mid at min 10 'cause you failed a lane.

    No mana visibility? KK then magina would be picked only by some fast and furious math nerds:

    1. Check all 5 enemy heroes items, count total amount of mana for each of them.
    2. Blink, attack, keep counting that -mana from mana break with each hit.
    3. Brain xploded?

    I can't imagine how dumb you are, really. Hey, how about hidding gold counter??? That would make game so friggin strategic and not random at all. Ofc remove also visibility of enemy items, hp, NAME, HERO NAME AND WTF ELSE?

    Goddamn.

    this sounds like a good idea in hardcore mode if dota 2 makes a mode like that
