This issue is caused when UDP packets between you and the server are dropped. Random interruptions like this are usually caused by an ISP or router issue. Do you know if your IP address changes?
    My provider is Rostelecom
    I use Avira Antivir Personal
    Router is D-link DSL-2500U
    Don't know about ip changing

    ISP: Optus
    Router: Netgear WNR834B v2
    Firewall: AVG and Windows Firewall

Unsure of I.P address change(s) (if any) when this happens.

Well, how come most people didn't have issues until recently? Are you sure it's not an issue from Valve's side?

By the way, it never happened to me in TF2, and I've been playing that game for years. I can still play it just fine nowadays, so I doubt it's an issue from my side. Maybe it has something to do with the new method Valve is gonna use to distribute downloadable content?

Im getting this also, aswell as my other friends.
    We are all using
ISP: Telia Sonera (swedish biggest ISP)
    Router: Thomson
    Firewall: Micorosft Sequrity essentials.

The random dc's started last week, sometimes its often, and other times it works perfect.
Dont know what the problem might be.
    Goodbye

Same stats, except AVAST! firewall. Turned off though when gaming.
