    Server connection timed out - Random Disconnections

    Well, since yesterday i'm having this issue.

    When i enter in some games i get disconnected after 1 or 2 minutes with the "25s auto-disconnection" message.

    The game put me in the low priority queue, for 1 day, because of this.

    It just happened again and when i was looking in the console i noticed that it always happen in the same server. (Different Games, same server causing disconnections) (208.64.201.96:27019).

    Note that i only tried to reconnect a single time because i had the game restarted, i tried 4 times before i had to close the game.

    Besides that, my internet connection is perfect, so i assume the problem is in the server.

    I'm having this issue aswell. And it's not only me.
    Me and 3 other friends from different parts of Brazil are getting disconnected from the game at the same time. Our internet connection doesn't go down since when we get disconnected from the game we're still talking on skype.
    This started after the last patch and sometimes one of us are not disconnected. But it seems that only us are getting disconnected. Some of our friends are not getting disconnected at all.
    Since your IP starts with 186 -like mine-, I'm assuming you're from Brazil and maybe this is somewhat related to the issue. Actually, all of us that are getting disconnected have NET VIRTUA as the internet provider, so maybe that's the problem. Are you using NET VIRTUA?
    I'm really looking forward for a solution.

    I'm having this problem too. I'm also from Brazil and i'm also using NET VIRTUA (1mb).
    I join a game fine, start playing, and then randomly the game kind of freezes (heroes moving while standing still) and then in the upper right corner appear something like "WARNING: Connection problem (208.64.201.96:27019)" and something else i don't remember with a 25 secs duration.
    Then i get disconnected and if i immediately try to reconnect it just keeps trying until going back to lobby with a message about the servers being busy at the moment.

    I got 3 abandons for this. :/ Some help would be appreciated.

    Me too. I'm from Brazil, I have Virtua 20Mb and having those random 25s auto-disconnect.

    Now I'm on the low priority matchmaking because of it.

    Same problem here. Using NET VIRTUA 10mb.

    Played my first game today and almost got an abandon. Luckily I was able to reconnect in the end of the game.

    Any update by the devs would be nice, because it seems like no one read this or is even aware that this bug exist.

    It's interesting to notice that when i played with bots or a private match with other people, it didn't happen. I think it has something to do with one matchmaking server, and i think it could be somewhat related to the region (the ones i have active are US west and US east). I would test this theory by trying to play on an Europe hosted server but i'm afraid of getting another dc and more time at the low priority pool.
