    Which e-mail provider are you using for your dev.dota2.com account? I used hotmail.de and it worked fine.
    I think it more likely the system (automated!) was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people needing to reset their passwords. It took over 24-hours and then 27-hours to get the links to reset my passwords, but by then the links were obsolete as they were over 24-hours old. Thankfully, this last one came in minutes.

    Still just more proof automatic by Valve continues to fuck up! vOv

    Try to request your password reset mail again.

    Valve had problems with their mail server configuration but that seems to be fixed now – I just got my reset mail.

    How sad that we have to do the password reset from a mistake from Valve. Some cases where people use same credentials in emails, steam or other sites may already have been hacked. Good job finding out the vulnerability quickly, but the damage may have already been done.

    Forcing a password reset was good. Not fixing the SQL injection earlier was bad.
