[C] Fate's Edict and Nightmare cause Oracle/Bane to gain assists for allied deaths

    Original thread here

Fate's Edict and Nightmare always place their modifiers as a debuff. The assist system gives assists if you place a debuff on a dying hero (except when the hero is your own hero). So when Oracle casts Fate's Edict or Bane Nightmare on an ally and it then dies, Oracle/Bane get an assist point for the ally's death.

    Repro:
    1. Pick Bane or Oracle and level up Nightmare or Fate's Edict
    2. Create an allied hero
    3. Cast Fate's Edict or Nightmare on the allied hero
    4. Make the allied hero die to an enemy

Result: Bane/Oracle get an assist point due to the debuff of their spell.

Expected: Heroes should not be able to get assist points from allied deaths. It should check whether the dying hero is an ally of whoever placed the debuff on it before giving the assist points.
