According to disruptor voice lines axe and warlock is from Oglodi race, but axe and disruptor are red and warlock is not red, he seems more likely an human

In DotA they all were orks(before/after drinking demon's blood), maybe that's why Valve put them all in one race.
Maybe he's like an 'albino' of his race, so he's not red

Or, you know, Valve know a tiny little bit better. There can be numerous explanations for why is he white; and I hardly think that you had to create a whole new thread for it.
Heroes this user should seriously reconsider ever picking again.

He's unblooded. Probably some sort of ritual for warriors and since Warlock is not a warrior... you get the idea.

Also he spends all his time under a hooded cloak inside a library, whereas the other two run around shirtless in the sun all day.

    He's just pale.

This could be a valid point. I would've personally said he's a halfbreed, although it's up in the air really.

OK, he is pale and he has advanced magic skills, there is a reson and there is a result. Now all left is decide what is what.
Either he is so pale because he was practicing magic too much (it could also affect him, like Lion).
Or he was pale from birth in the first place and that is some sign(like a two-headed ogre) that he has magic skills, so he started practicig it.

This. Imo just a normal variation within a race.

So you'd say that e.g. Axe and Thrall don't possess any magical skills? I'd say summoning lightning is a bit more shitty wizzard-like than reading from a book.
