    [Ancient Apparition] Cold Feet's break distance is a sphere, instead of a flat circle

    Cold Feet seems to consider unit height as well. So when a unit is moved more than 740 range upwards, it will dispel.

    Repro:
    1. Pick Ancient Apparition and level up Cold Feet
    2. Create an enemy hero
    3. Create a Tiny and level up Toss
    4. Cast Cold Feet on the enemy hero
    5. Cast Toss on the enemy hero so that it gets tossed straight upwards

    Result: Cold Feet gets dispelled because Toss moves the unit more than 740 range upwards.

    Expected: Cold Feet should ignore the z position and only check for x/y positions. The distance check should be a circle, and not a sphere.

    Bug is not yet fixed.
    Here is a video on the current patch (though the content is exactly the same)
