Spirit Breaker acts like a regular projectile during Charge of Darkness. But he always moves on ground level for obvious reasons. However, the speed at which he charge does still consider the target's elevation. So when the target gets tossed in the air, Spirit Breaker moves slower. If the target stands on a cliff, Spirit Breaker moves slower.

Repro:
1. Pick Spirit Breaker and level up Charge of Darkness
2. Create an enemy hero
3. Set the enemy hero's position to x/y/2000 (example: "ent_setpos ID 1000 -5000 2000")
5. Cast Charge of Darkness on the enemy hero
6. Observe Spirit Breaker's charge speed
7. Compare the speed with a cast on a target on ground level

Result: When the target is high in the air, the charge is very slow.

Expected: Charge of Darkness should completely ignore the height of the target.
