We said this to Devs a lot of times, but seems like they don't understand.

Hello, i've been playing a lot last week, and i did notice that after 1:30 AM the ping start declining from 150, it can get do 40 and stay there until 10Am or something, I use Virtua as well.

About separate servers, i dont think it's necessary, everyone speaks english nowadays, but if Valve decides to separate good for them.

Yeah, like there is a server for Portugal and other for Spain right? Oh wait there's just 2 server pools for all Europe which has like 10 times more players than us and 20 times more languages which are like 40 times more different between each other than Spanish and Portuguese...

What we need to do for the long run is pressure our politicians and ISPs to provide us decent internet routing, a ISPX for SA and shit like that. It's unacceptable that there is no direct route between São Paulo and Asunción for instance.

It's not that the devs don't listen, the fact is that Highwinds doesn't operate in your country, and even if they did it probably wouldn't be worth to pay the price. What you should ask them to do for the short run is to release a dedicated server file for download, so everyone can create their own server just like in every other source game.

Still a bit unstable (27ms to 70ms) but better than before (playable at least)

Now let's see for how long this will keep.
