Not fixed, yet! This is a luck route. Try to test with anothers IP.

It's back at 680 once more.

I really wish South America would get a real South American server where people can actually play instead of having to go to USEast every single time this happens, at least fix the language filters so they work

Meanwhile some Japanese and Mongolian ask for a Japan Server and they get one right away while Valve ignore the thread asking for a real SA server, yes i'm mad

When playing from Argentina (ISP Fibertel), it all works great before 9am.

After 9am the lag issue starts, having 600ms.

And it is NOT my ISP, because I worked at Fibertel and I have a lot of friends there that can confirm that there's no problem at all with international traffic/routing. Last time I got a problem like this they were working on several nodes at Buenos Aires, but now the problem is VALVE and the brazilians that steals cables at Brazil (it happens here too, but at the train railways, they steal copper).

At the moment I'm using ExitLag, but I will probably switch to Starcraft 2. The way valve deals with these kind of issues and the community itself has been making me HATE this company and everything about teamplay itself.

There's no Fibertel at Chile, so THIS IS NOT A LOCAL ISP ISSUE.
