Hello, I've been playing with 130ms+ and I would like some clarifications if possible...

First, I checked to which IP my DOTA 2 client connected on console and got this information:

    "NotifyClientSignon: 1
    Connecting to public(209.197.29.205:27025) ...
0.038: Sending UDP connect to public IP 209.197.29.205:27025
    NotifyClientSignon: 2
    Connected to 209.197.29.205:27025

    Dota 2"

But this IP is not from Brasil as far as I can tell...

I can't trace the servers IP to see which route I'm using to find the problem...

So, where are the servers located? Why am I connecting to this high ping IP?
I'm really trying to find the problem and fix it to play with good speed, sorry if I'm asking questions that were already answered, I read alot of pages on this topic (but not all 59).
    Thanks!

edit: I'm located in Campinas, São Paulo state...

Ping 5ms stable. BrasilTelecom/Oi is my ISP.
