I reinstall my dota 2 and my audio is bad

SO i just wanna hear my teammates in the game , no other sounds from the game(like river , birds , etc ) , but i dont rember In Volume what i max to just hear my teammates speaking on mic .

That's the way it is atm. There appears to be no way to stop the background noise drowning everything else out. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.
