    Enigma's right hand is buggy when imported

    I skinned my base mesh for testing , and observed that Enigma's right hand is bugged .
    Even with the geometry provided by valve on the workshop site , I get the same issue .

    we recently changed the importer and it is less forgiving now to upaxis, bone hierarchy and scale
