    Does dota_modifier_dump export all of them ? If so, I am satisfied

    It dumps all the modifiers that currently exist on all entities, not all possible modifiers.

    Currently no, but I can write a function that will dump all of them.

    Only if it isn't too much work. It will most likely be used once per patch by each of us so dunno how much benefit it would be other than dumping them, say, after a new gameplay patch.
    It would help until the wiki is updated or to find some new stuff though. Your choice. I won't lie that I don't want it, but if it's an effort-benefit thing, don't do it unless it isn't too difficult. Your call.
