you can use Necronomicon spells or convereted helm of the dominator creeps to use their spells to dispel or burn mana. I'm a bit stressed to talk right now because I'm sleepy, tired, thirsty, mad and too triggered.

also valve can't find a proper staffs so they have 1 staff doing multiple task like designing, making music, drawing, fixing bugs, helping the devs to create a new software or motherboard etc. etc. idk what their jobs are. their too busy to go to 1 forum to another and won't remove dotabuff forum giving a bad name to dota 2.

Yes, but you have to browse through the minions to select them.. I want minions with spells to always be in the front row so I can quickly use the spells.
