Question A lot has this problem but no one seems to reply.

I have read posts about how people can join the game(severs) but cannot actually play the game due to sudden internet disconnection upon entering the loading screen or after the loading screen. I am also encountering this problem and cannot find a solution to solve it. I noticed that when the game starts(after the loading screen) my internet connection will suddenly disconnect but upon going to my web browser(alt-tab) my internet connection will be back to normal and when I try to go back to dota2 my internet connection will once again be disconnected. I tried turning the firewall off and turning my anti-virus off but nothing seems to work. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for your advice but it didn't work. I've configured both my router and firewall but it still disconnects once the loading screen is done. Any other suggestion?

I have tried to turn off my firewall as well as my antivirus but it didn't solve the problem.
