HeroSelection should work

Hello!
Why after update 7.0 CustomUIElement HeroSelection does not work any more?
I wanna change hero selection screen, but can't do this. It's really relevant for custom games where more than two team and map differs from the standard map.

Can u guys help me? My profile shows that i have 2,998 mmr but at the gane its 3.4k....pls help
