[Vector Targeting] Deselecting the vector with a right-click also gives a move order

When you select a spell, and the deselect it by right-clicking, only the spell gets deselected and nothing else happen.

There is an option under misc in advanced settings, named "Move after ability target cancelled", which causes deselecting spells with right-clicks also give the unit a move order

However, Pangolier's Swashbuckle ignores that and always gives him a move order.

It works fine when you deselect it before the vector part, but if you are in the vector targeting part, right-clicking also gives a move order. It should not do that when that option is not turned on.
