    Open Wound's slow values don't adapt to the duration when reduced

    Open Wounds slow gets weaker over time as it expires. Currently, this decaying always based on the default duration, and ignores reductions.
    This means when an enemy has status resistance, the duration gets lower, but the slow timings are still the same.

    The slow timings should adapt to the reduced durations and happen earlier accordingly.

    Bump. The slow update interval still doesn't adapt to changed durations.
