[Clockwerk] Clock uses First Blood response when making kills with Rocket Flare

This only happens under specific condition

Repro:
1. Make First Blood with Clockwerk (in any way, except for long-ranged Rocket Flare)
2. Now just make kills with close-ranged Rocket Flares (maximum 6000 range)

Result: Clockwerk will use his First Blood response for every kill he does with Rocket Flare. This fixes itself upon making a kill in another way (=not with rocket flare, or with a long-ranged rocket, minimum 6000 range)

It looks like Rocket Flare is reversed in general. When you actually make a First Blood with Rocket Flare, he uses his regular kill responses, instead of his first blood response.
