The shards Freezing Field creates which fall from the sky deal damage upon spawning, instead of upon hitting the ground. They should deal on impact, not on spawn.

This affects the arcana as well, which has a similar delay in its visual effect built in.

The delay between spawn and impact is 0.1 seconds.

One way to fix this would be to make it spawn thinker dummies which apply the damage upon expiring, with a 0.1s lifetime. This shouldn't cause performance differences, since there can be only 1 such thinker at a time, since the explosions happen one after another, and not simultaniously.

Alternatively (with less gameplay impact), the visual effect could be made to appear 0.1 seconds earlier. This would keep the damage timing the same.
