Can't change Pro Player Info

Summary:
Me and my teammates always get this: 'Error - Please try again' when trying to change our team tag or name in player pro-info within the team tab. This has been happening around 2 or 3 months, so we are sure it's not about the 2 weeks lock. We even deleted the team and created a new one, but the result is always the same.

Repro Steps:
Self-explanatory on summary

Result:
'Error - Please try again'



Expected Result:
We should be able to swap TAG or Name without problem.
