After the last update, you can't create a local lobby and fill with bots

I am a high mmr player and I enjoy playing with bots. To make the game challenging, I need to to play 1 vs 5 against unfair bots with a workshop script. After the last update there are no longer the options in the lobby creation menu to make that possible. Please bring it back

This appears to be because the two new drop-downs added to the 'competitive' section of 'advanced lobby settings' overflowed into the next column, pushing the bot-related settings offscreen to the right, and making them inaccessible.
