^Refer to the link in my signature. I honestly don't know if it's intended or not, we'd need confirmation from a core tester or a dev.

that doesnt make sense to me in case of borrowed time. abba only get healed when he effectively takes damage. if he takes damage from hitting, you should be able to lifeleech from that as well then. at least when its called pseudo evasion. either its evasion so the hero doesnt take damage from it, but then cant get healed from it as well. or he takes it and get healed by that amount and when he that happens, it should automatically mean you can leech life from it, since you are that damage dealer.

void: takes dmg, gets healed --> no dmg taken, cant lifesteal from that
omni: ulti --> enemies deal no damage, nothing lifesteal from enemies can come from
spec/bristle: incoming damage gets reduced, only from that reduced damage can life be stolen from

abba: heros deal damage, he gets healed by that amount, no damage can be stolen from that?
if you argue that he actually takes no damage then he also couldnt get healed logically speaking.

so borrowed time behaves inconsistenly in this regard.

Sorry for the late reply. If you want it changed you can try to convince the devs by opening a discussion thread in mechanics and brainstorming.

Tiny can Toss to his own units in Dota 2 whereas this is not possible in Dota 1. Is this an intended change as well?

Duel victories grant flat bonus damage that is not affected by % damage modifiers (bloodrage, empower, atrophy aura etc etc) in dota 2,
but in wc3 dota, Duel victories grant bonus base damage that can be affected by % damage modifiers (i.e. increasing the base damage of the winner)

    bug or intended?

    Wat.

If you mean Doom does not disable Moment of Courage, then it is differently coded, much like Counter Helix. Doom cannot disable either of them.

If you mean Doom should disable it, then FITE ME U SCRUB! ( a.k.a Legion Commander as a hero is created to work under her Duel, and her Duel is a ladder Doom, so ....)

Lazyness. Not to mention the lack of bugfixes, and the amount of new ones with each new content added

Some of these so-called 'fixes' made Dota 2 a boring game.
