What's about this thread? It serves it's purpose quite well and is stickied. Why have duplicate?

Because it is no duplicate at all. The common bug thread lists all unintended changes from DotA 1 (=bugs) and this thread would list all intended changes (=bugfixes). Generally speaking i think this thread would make sense as a sticky if it is managed properly

what do you mean with statement? make the fix more clear or have a dev comment on it?
same for the other one, should i put it into the upper section with your comment as proof or do you wait for a dev post too?

the whole thread should also be an indication for devs on how the current state is perceived in the forum, so that the can validate or negate fixes.
there could be 3 categories (suspected fix, mod post, dev post).

Isn't lion's impale still cast when directly cast on a linkens carrier?
Also, Sprout behaves a bit different I think. It triggers linkens, but isn't cast. In wc3 it is cast I think and doesn't trigger linkens. Or vica versa. someone confirm ^^

Great thread idea btw. It has the potential to be very useful for all people switching from dota 1 to dota 2.
