Who to message to report abusable bug?

I am new here and I just found a highly abusable bug. I see on the guide thread that I am to message a moderator, but all of the moderators I am finding have been inactive for long periods and I am not sure who all is open to these messages. Sorry if it is bad to ask this here, but who should I message? If I am not missing something could there maybe be a regularly updated list somewhere?
