    HERO SUGGESTION: Rose, The Sublime Bloom

    Rose, The Sublime Bloom
    PLEASE, I BEG YOU, JUDGE THE CONCEPT, NOT THE NUMBERS

    The idea is for a hero that can transform into a radiant tower of dota 1 with high effectiveness against melee heroes.

    HISTORY:
    Developing. She could be Treant's sister.

    MODEL:
    A female version of treant, but more like a flower.

    SKILLS:
    - Entangle
    Rose extends her roots under the ground till it reaches target enemy, then entangle him, while dealing 50 damage every half-second.

    Duration: 1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds
    Cooldown: 20 seconds
    Mana cost: 100/120/140/160
    Roots the target, preventing it from moving and casting certain mobility spells.


    - Nature's Force Grip
    Rose manipulates nature's forces to drag a target unit at her direction. Drags 400 units.

    Cast Range: 800
    Cooldown: 15/12/9/6 seconds
    Mana cost: 60

    - Nature's Protection
    Rose claims for Nature's protection. While active, any melee attacker will be pushed away 200 units after attacking Rose. Lasts 3/4/5/6 seconds.

    Affects Self
    Duration: 3/4/5/6 seconds.
    Cooldown: 30 seconds
    Mana cost: 100/120/140/160

    ULTIMATE SKILL:
    - Enroot
    Rose enroots herself in the ground, gaining stability. At this form she can't move, but she can throw boulders at her enemies as a way of attacking them. While rooted, Rose gains range, armor, 2 extra skills and her attacks damage all enemy units in a 250 radius. Takes 1.5 seconds to enroot and 2 seconds to deroot, while that Rose can't attack, move or cast spells. Lasts until toggled off, which makes her deroot.

    AoE for attacks: 250 radius
    Attack Range Bonus: 400/450/500
    Total attack range: 550/600/650
    Armor bonus: 5/10/15
    Movement speed reduced to zero. Itens can't increase movement speed.
    Cooldown: 60 seconds
    Mana cost: 120/180/240

    EXTRAS SKILLS WHILE ROOTED:
    - Submerge and Emerge
    Rose submerges in the ground and emerges at target location 1.5 seconds later, stunning and damaging enemies in an area around the emerge point and pushing enemies away 150 units.

    - Praise for the Sun
    While rooted, Rose makes photosynthesis, regenerating her life if it's during the day. Rose can also praise for the Sun, turning the night into day. When activated, this skill turns the night into day for 40 seconds.
