    [Doom] Ice Armor stops slowing attackers when losing the spell while having the buff

    When losing the Ice Armor spell while allied units have the armor buff on, they will no longer slow attacking enemies. The armor is still provided and already existing slow debuffs still work, but new melee attackers do not get slowed.

    Repro:
    1. Acquire Ice Armor with Doom
    2. Wait for the creep to be digested
    3. Cast Ice Armor on self or any ally
    4. Find and Devour a new neutral creep to gain new neutral spells
    5. Have melee units attack the buffed ally

    Result: Once the Ice Armor spell is lost, the already existing buffs on allies or on yourself stop working. They will not slow attacking melee enemies. The armor bonus still works though.

    Expected: Already cast instances of spells should continue to work, regardless of whether the spell is still available or not.

    Note: This works fine for Rubick. When he steals a new spell buffing allies with Ice Armor, his armor still works normally, slowing attacking enemies.
