    [Dazzle] Darkclaw Emissary Staff - Particle Effect Bug

    It appears that the particle effects on the rune on the back of the Darkclaw Emissary Staff head has moved off of its intended location. This has happened a few times before, would appreciate this being fixed. As of now, it has been bugged like this for several months. Thanks.
    Edit: Make that a year.
