Currently, Breathe Fire's sound is bound to the caster and follows them. It would make more sense if the sound was bound to the projectile instead, and follow it.

As a comparison, Magnus' Shockwave, Lina's Dragon Slave and the Satyr's Shockwave sound are bound to the projectile and move along with them.

Additionally, it should also fade in/out when leaving/entering the fog of war, like how Illusory Orb and Ghostship do.
