The Kindred of the Iron Dragon's custom Dragon Tail effect has 2 separate camera shake sources.

1. Camera shakes upon cast/projectile launch, for the caster and the target
2. Camera shakes upon projectile hit, for the target only
3. Camera shakes upon getting stunned, for the target

The shake upon cast is the wierdest, it only happens when casting it while within like 200-300 range of the target, and gets stronger the lower the distance to the target.

The second shake is unnecessary, since the stun itself already causes a camera shake. The stun modifier by default shakes the camera upon getting applied.

Also, one more issue is, the camera shake happens even when the spell gets blocked by Linken's Sphere. The first and second shake should not happen when the spell gets blocked.
