    [Brewmaster] [Sniper] Cinder Brew & Shrapnel area sounds play way too early

    Cinder Brew has a sound effect that's supposed to play at the targeted area as the beer reaches it. But right now, it plays instantly on cast, which is too early.



    Shrapnel's sound got broken in this patch, too. The second shrapnel sound, which plays at the target area, is supposed to play after the delay of the spell, and not instantly upon cast.

    This was fixed once already, about 3 years ago. As a reference, this is how it should be, and this is how it is currently.
