Hell everyone! I've tried using the search button with no results for this.

Currently, I have been a dota plus sub since its beginning, though there has been a recurrent issue where the watch friend's live game option doesn't simply appear for anyone, sometimes it appear for 1 or 2 persons randomly, but most likely I must observe the game with the standard delay.
Is this already reported? or is just that people can disable whether you can watch them live or not?
