    [After several attempts to connect, the server did not respond]

    This issue starts to appear very recently. Few days after the Mars update.

    When connecting 110ms pings server (or specifically, US West), the connection fails and [After several attempts to connect, the server did not respond] pop-up, result in a 5min 15min 1hr etc. penalty.

    Though if the connection succeeds, the gameplay will be totally normal.

    Before these few days, all connections went smooth and normal, no software/system/hardware/firewall/network environment change at this end, so I guess this should be a server issue.

    Is US West server unstable right now or some bug exists in the recent update files? Pls fix.

    Update:
    US West ping 110ms, Server connect may fail;
    US East ping 160ms, connections all normal.
    JP ping 10ms, connection normal.

    Tested both [high/low]end network option.
    Hence the problem should lie in the specific server, this case US West.
