Random Crash to Desktop with no Error Message

I've been having random crashes to the desktop for a while with no error message. I only today realized that dump logs existed. I have no real idea how to interpret them though. The crashes happened a bit more to me on Vulkan, but happen to me on any renderer that I try.
Ryzen 1600, 16 GB Ram, Nvidia 1060. The errors say something about not being able to find attack sounds though.

    Bump.

Also happening to me. Happens on game load, after 10 players accept, screen goes black, before loading the hero selection screen while players load in, the game crashes with no option to reconnect.

Dump file at google drive link below, hardware details also below:

    cpu: Intel i5-4670k @4.2Hz
    gpu: nvidia GTX 980 ti
    ram: 16 GB
    OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (Version 1809, build 17763.475)

also worth noting that I tried using the asset manager here on the site, but all of the requests to upload to it are blocked with a CORS issue currently, screenshot is the jpeg at the below drive link

You have Application Verifier running (comes with Visual Studio/Windows or Driver SDK/Debugging Tools). Make sure it is not hooking Dota 2 - even better, uninstall it completely, as it's only meant to debug your own applications, while causing all kinds of troubles with everything else starting with drivers and ending with games such as Dota 2.
Also remove any compatibility options you might have set for game\bin\win64\dota2.exe

You have Discord overlay running. Programmed by incompetents, has been crashing Dota 2 for years yet they don't seem to bother.
Easily fixable while keeping Discord running, if you just disable the in-game overlay in Discord settings. I think you can even do it selectively just for Dota 2

You have OverWolf overlay running. Probably for some lame counter-picking that in my book equals cheating. Anyway, if the game crashes specifically at the pick phase, it usually does so because of invasive external stuff such as this one.
