Faceless Void and Underlord Aghanim's Scepter Rework Proposals

Faceless Void:

Current Aghanim's Scepter: Decreases Chronosphere cooldown to 60 seconds.

Proposed Aghanim's Scepter Rework: Time Lock procs now reduce all cooldowns of Faceless Void's spells by 1 second. Time Lock proc chance increased by 6%.



Underlord:

Current Aghanim's Scepter: Causes bonus damage to be granted to nearby allied heroes for half the values.

Proposed Aghanim's Scepter Rework: Whenever Pit of Malice is casted, a free Firestorm is cast on its location. Firestorm burn debuff now fully stacks.

Faceless Void : I cab't say there's anything wrong with current ags so can't comment on the new idea.

Underlord : currrent ags is already OP but the new suggestion is also good as well......maybe valve pulls a "tinker" on this one ?
