This bug is there for at least 6 month, maybe even more. Why it's not getting fixed over and over again?

Same goes for Lone Druid and Arc Warden. There is also and Alt modifier, that makes things even worse.
Suggestion: make it possible to move the portraits panel or hide dotaplus stuff. Actually, this info is not very useful ingame, but it blocks really useful stuff.
I feel like it's "pay2lose" situation.
