He can get bonus gold from all creeps, bounties, his items timings are 10mins faster than any other hero, he can give people scepters, he has the fastest attack speed, he has an ult that regens mana and hp more than any other hero, he can solo kill any hero with his AOE RANGED STUN+extra damage talent, and he cant be zoned in laning phase with an AOE DoT acid spray.

I understand china specializes on alch and you want them to win TI9, but make sure to nerf the hero after TI is done.
