TI8 Immortals not marketable/tradeable

Good day dota devs, whats up with some of the ti8 immortals not being marketable/tradeable. i got like 10 of those immortals. is it a bug?, also this is a big concern because based on my research a lot of the community is having the same problem. i posted it here because nobody on valve seems to notice or y'all just lazy to post an update for the community

Same here, i have multiple TI8 treasures in my inventory which are not marketable or tradeable.
