It forces people to play roles, they cannot, and this results in shitty game qualities, where you either win hard (cuz enemy teams roles are fucked up), or you lose hard (cuz your carry obviously never played pos 1 before).
I think it should be removed from the game. A little more queue time (streching time) hurts much less, than a 30min shitty game.
