Now I have to play from a very weak pc(Although before Dota went on it at medium-high settings). And now it going stable too, but any ultimate or spell such as the Ice Blast or the Sonic Wave drop fps to 15. That makes the game unplayable. I tried to run a game with dx9 and opengl, but nothing helped.
