    [Faceless Void] The scepter version of Time Lock is too loud

    These sound issues of this type have been fixed on August 08, 2019 or Summer Scrub - the event name. Here's the changelog:
    Fixed single target sounds playing too loudly when converted to multi-target by AoE talents. (Press the Attack, Shadow Word, Hex, etc.)

    The fix added on February 3rd doesn't work. The block_duration setting can't prevent the sound from playing multiple times on the same frame. It's still as loud as before.

    It needs a limiter, 3 should be enough to work with high attack speeds and with Timelock self-proccing.
