Include a secondary option to Teleport Requires Hold/Stop and Channeled Abilities Require Hold/Stop that can be enabled to allow channeled abilities/teleport to be canceled by other abilities/items. I would simply like options that prevent me from accidentally interrupting spells/teleport scrolls with movement; I am not concerned about accidental interrupts with abilities and it is something I'd actually like to be able to do.

For instance, I like that I cannot cancel Witch Doctor's Death Ward with an accidental right click, but I do not like that I have to press Hold/Stop to cancel Lion's Mana Drain to follow it up with an Earth Spike.
