Right now XP and Gold goes up without any difference. (imagine if HP and Mana goes up at same amount)

Instead wouldnt it be cool if a hero like weaver is Level 5, yet have enough gold for diffusal blade.
Imagine neutral creep that give ONLY gold, 0 xp. And another camp give ONLY XP, 0 gold.

more decision making needed. you might sacrifice all XP to buy crucial item to counter PL faster.
