The QoP' arcana uses the melee attack when the target is within 350 range within QoP.

However, there is an issue. The effect currently uses 2 different radii:

* The projectile turns invisible when the target is exactly within 350 range upon attack.
* The whip audio layer plays when the target is exactly within 350 range upon attack.
* The whip animation plays when the target is within 350 range + the target's collision size.


This means there is a small range where she uses the whip animation, but the projectile is still visible and no whip sound plays.
This also means, when attacking buildings from close range, she uses the whip anim, but the projectile always draws and the whip sound never plays, since buildings are all too fat to get close enough for them.


The projectile and sound should consider the target's collsion size as well, just like how the animation does.
